With more than ten years in the merchant advance space, Roberto has facilitated placing more than $500M into the hands of business owners throughout the United States. With a passion for business financial strategizing and expertise in marketing and sales, Roberto has become an industry influencer, working with the most trusted funding companies in the space. Roberto studied law at the University of Buffalo.
With four years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance space, Carolyn has made a substantial impact on the industry while ensuring profitability through consistently increasing revenue at the companies in which she has been the acting CEO. Carolyn leads a life full of adventure, is a wine connoisseur, an active philanthropist, and has dabbled in politics on the national level. Carolyn received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Studies at Wayne State University.
With more than twenty years in the finance industry, Randy Saluck brings invaluable experience to the ATXFS team. Randy serves as the Managing Member and Portfolio Manager at mortar Rock Capital, LP, a value-oriented investment firm. He also serves as the CEO of Libertas Funding LLC. Randy received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in finance and accounting, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Nicholas Reed joins the ATXFS team with his expertise in risk management principles. He currently serves as the Managing Director at Libertas Funding LLC. During his tenure as a Risk Analyst at Fora Financial, an alternative finance tech lender, Nicholas became passionate about risk management. He went on to receive his master’s degree in Risk Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Nicholas has also worked as a senior credit underwriter for PIRS Capital, another alternative finance tech lender. Nicholas received his undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, investments and markets from Western Connecticut State University.
